52 YEAR OLD DENTIST
This 52 year old dentist was unahappy with her smile and occlusal wear. Failing composites and occlusal disharmony lead her to seek comprehensive dentistry to restore form and function as well as esthetics. After splint therapy and occlusal adjustment, all of her old restorations were replaced. Prior to this, her dentition was whitened with a combination of in office and at home regimens.
The posteriors were replaced with cast ceramic and bonded composites restorations. The maxillary anteriors were restored with feldspatic veneers. She restored her confidence to smile and abiity to set an example for both her patients and students.
