This 27 year old Brazilian suffered from the results of improperly placed posterior restorations as well as parafuntion leading to significant anterior wear and loss of vertical dimension. Full mouth reconstruction was necessary to establish proper function and esthetics.
Posterior porcelain fused to metal crowns with porcelain butt joints along with anterior feldspathic veneers were placed to recreate a harmonious occlusion and highly esthetic outcome.
