Arlene has been an integral part of iSmile for over three decades, starting in March 1987 as the practice manager. Her journey began with a strong educational foundation at The University of Puerto Rico, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, equipping her with the skills essential for managing the complexities of a healthcare practice.

Known to all our patients, Arlene is more than just a manager; she embodies the warm, welcoming spirit of our office. Whether greeting patients as they enter or providing assistance over the phone, her friendly demeanor creates a comforting environment for everyone. Her role extends beyond mere administration; she meticulously oversees the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality patient care.

Arlene's career in healthcare started over 35 years ago as a registered dental assistant, giving her firsthand experience in patient care and the intricacies of dental procedures. This background uniquely positions her as a knowledgeable resource for patients seeking clarity on treatment plans and financial matters. She takes pride in guiding patients through their dental journeys, ensuring they understand their treatment options and associated costs thoroughly.
